Return Policy
At Feather & Fern Garden, Jewelry and Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Live plants (unless they arrive damaged)
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at shopatfeatherfern@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
- Package items securely and ship using the provided label
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
